That's a great idea! I am definitely going to have to give that a try, since otherwise I either have to eat a really late breakfast or just not have cinnamon rolls at all.

Hi, I ran across your blog while I was searching out cinnamon roll recipes using the Artisan Bread in 5 dough.

Just wanted to let you know that I did a little test and think I found a solution to cutting down the morning time for cinnamon rolls and doing all of it the night before. I formed the dough into cinnamon rolls (didn't follow a recipe, just freehanded it) last night and let them rise to the size I wanted. Then I covered and popped them into the fridge. This morning I took them out and put them on the counter while preheating the oven. They were the perfect size and baked up great! They did need a little extra time because they were still cold from the fridge, but they are delish! I ended up baking them for 45 min at 350 (I had 15 rolls in a 9x13 pan).

Can't believe I didn't think of doing it before because it made the rolls doable for busy mornings, though I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing :)
